The rooms were fitted with air conditioning, which was a lifesaver during the hot weather. Having a private bathroom was a great convenience, making us feel more comfortable during our stay. The availability of a kitchen with a fridge allowed us to store and prepare our own meals, saving us money on dining out. The rooms were soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful and quiet sleep. The inclusion of bed linen and towels in all rooms made packing lighter and more convenient.

Personally, I found the soundproofing in the double room to be inadequate, as I could occasionally hear noises from outside.

I liked the hotel's appearance; it's a great place. The staff were fabulously friendly and accommodating, always ready to help. The room was nicely decorated and offered great views, with smoke detectors for safety.

I had a fantastic stay at the WN Lab Hotel - Inclusive Breakfast, Parking And Coworking. The room was spacious and modern, with a fine view, made my stay even better. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The high-speed internet and delicious breakfast selection were definite highlights. Plus, the hotel's location near restaurants, bars, and supermarkets made it very convenient. The exclusive underground parking was also a great bonus.

There were a couple of minor issues. The shower temperature couldn't be adjusted, so it was only warm and not as hot as I would have liked.

We loved the spacious and stylish rooms with comfortable beds, well-equipped bathrooms, and multiple electric slots. The hotel facilities, including the coworking space and breakfast area, were perfect for our needs.

As women traveling alone, we loved the spacious and beautifully decorated rooms with a view of Vitosha mountain. The breakfast was decent and the staff were polite. The free underground parking was excellent and there were many stores around the hotel for convenience. The hotel is located close to a lovely park and there are frequent bus services to the center of the city. the hotel offered great value for money.

Felt like royalty, no complaints at all.
